• Eligibility Period: Items are eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of purchase. 
• Processing time: Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
• Item Condition: Returned items must be undamaged, in their original packaging with tags, and in unused condition. 
• Non-eligible Returns: Hats and socks.
• Refund Options: You can choose between a full refund, an exchange for another item, or store credit to use on a future purchase.
